Why Our Residential Elevators Are Superior
Premium for a Reason
A written proposal from us is a firm price, not an allowance that grows later.
Built to Last
Pollock has designed and built residential elevators since 1983. LiveWell installs, finishes and services them across Texas.
Extra Safety Included
Safety light curtains are standard on every model. Not every home elevator supplier can say that.
Low Service Costs
Every installation includes Pollock’s 12-month limited parts warranty. Labor is not included; ask us about service plans.
Solid Construction
Our own construction crew builds the framing and finish work. Most elevator dealers hire that out.
Smooth as Silk
Every feature of your residential elevator’s takeoff and landing is fully adjustable to give you the perfect ride.
SMART Elevators
Annual servicing keeps the lift running smoothly. Ask us about a service plan on your free visit.
Highly Customizable
Pollock cabins come in three sizes, including a wheelchair-accessible cab, with finishes chosen to match your home.
Whisper Quiet
Power units must pass a simulated performance test and perform within a strict range of noise and vibration.
