The model we install
One elevator, several cabin sizes
Pollock builds one residential elevator in a range of cabin sizes, rather than a catalogue of separate machines. It travels through a fitted opening between two floors on a rear-mounted rail, so there is no hoistway, no pit and no separate machine room.
Cabins come in compact, twin and larger wheelchair-friendly sizes, so the same elevator suits a single rider, two people, or a rider who stays in a wheelchair. We confirm which cabin fits during the free home visit.
Price shown is LiveWell’s published elevator starting price. Your written proposal gives the firm price for your home.

Why this design
What the shaftless design means for your home
No hoistway or pit
The elevator travels through a fitted floor opening instead of a built shaft, so there is no deep pit and no separate machine room.
The room stays usable
With the rail behind the cabin and no permanent shaft, the downstairs floor area stays open when the elevator is upstairs.
Fits existing homes
The compact footprint and range of sizes let the elevator go into a wide variety of homes, including retrofits.

Benefits for homeowners
Stay in the home you & your family love as long as you want.
Ideal for aging in place, staying in your forever home, moving bulky or heavy items between floors, and everyday convenience for the whole household.
Protect and accommodate
Perfect for your parents and friends who struggle with stairs and may have to compromise to visit or spend time with you in your home. A Pollock home elevator is a perfect way to keep them safe.
Maximize your space
Through-floor, shaftless construction keeps the footprint small and returns floor space to the room when the lift is on another level.
Add value and appeal
A sleek residential elevator can enhance property value while giving your home a premium, contemporary feel.
Quiet, low-disruption installation
Pollock elevators install relatively quickly with less structural work compared to a conventional elevator. There is no pit, no strong structural shaft that’s as large as a hall bathroom on every floor. It does not take a month of construction.
Low-maintenance by design
Smart diagnostics, trip counters, and robust engineering help simplify maintenance planning and reduce unexpected downtime.
Saves Money
Pollock Home Elevators take less time but still require a licensed professional remodeler to modify your floor and ensure a safe and beautiful outcome. But relative to a conventional elevator the construction takes far less time and therefore costs less money.
